CAMPGROUND

by Lucas Myers

November 16 – 18, 2017

8pm + 3pm Sat

A young man goes missing from a provincial campground while on a personal journey to discover himself. Four people are suspects, despite lack of evidence aside from Facebook posts and the video from the young man’s cell phone but the overzealous detective is undeterred. Was there foul play? More importantly, did someone remember to bring the toilet paper (and the potato salad)?

little orange man

SNAFU

February 22 – 24, 2018

8pm + 3pm Sat

Prepare yourself for Kitt the Kinder-Whisperer! She’s a high-octane Danish girl whose greatest delight comes from reenacting her grandfather’s grisly folk tales to young neighborhood children. Witness this outcast child entrust a group of strangers to help fight her darkest battle. It’s an experience critics have said is “like something you would expect to see in a Wes Andersen film.”

sink or swim

by Beverly Elliott

April 12 – 14, 2018

8pm + 3pm Sat

If you liked the 2014 Pick of Vancouver Fringe …didn’t see that coming, you’ll love the prequel Sink or Swim.  Singer, actress Beverley Elliott (Once Upon A Time) is thrilled to be back with brand new stories and songs. A romp through the early years from the safety of the family farm to the daunting one room schoolhouse, grade 8 bullys and the choppy waters of Boiler Beach. Think Little House on the Prairie meets Lord of the Flies.

suitcase stories

By Maki Yi

May 17 – 19, 2018

8pm + 3pm Sat

With only her tiny suitcase in tow, Maki leaves her home in South Korea and takes off for Canada, simply because her brother had a map of Toronto. A cross-crountry tale of survival and self-discovery that began as a series of pre-show monologues in the Pacific Theatre lobby, this wonderful one-woman show is filled with all the winsome vulnerability and plucky humour of the originals.
