The Board of Directors and senior management team of Evergreen Cultural Centre stand against discrimination in any form, and recognizes that we need to strengthen our skills and knowledge to effectively address issues of equity, diversity, and anti-racism.
We commit to working together to create an inclusive environment by reviewing our structures and systems and by reflecting on our programming practices. This process will include bringing in professional support, creating accountability, and providing training opportunities for all of our staff. As an organization that is committed to providing a work environment that is free of discrimination or harassment and supports the productivity, dignity, and self-esteem of every employee, we commit to creating and implementing a plan for integrating this action item into the operations of our organization.
