   COVID-19 SAFETY AT EVERGREEN

EVERGREEN CULTURAL CENTRE + ART GALLERY AT EVERGREEN ARE OPEN AGAIN!

We can’t wait to reconnect with you in person again. Thank you to everyone who supported the Evergreen through donations, watching and sharing our new online content, and taking a virtual gallery tour.

Before joining us in the Studio Theatre for our Fall Speakeasy Sessions, or planning a visit to our latest Art Gallery exhibition, we encourage all patrons to take a good look at our official COVID-19 Safety Plan:

At Evergreen Cultural Centre, we take the health and safety of our patrons, staff, and artists very seriously. We have been fine-tuning our safety procedures since re-opening the Art Gallery at Evergreen in June, and starting this September, we are delighted to re-open our studio theatre to patrons and renters alike.

With the health of our community in mind, our new Evergreen Cultural Centre COVID-19 Safety Plan has been developed by our Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC). This plan will apply to all events, exhibitions, classes, and clients booking rental space at Evergreen. Our COVID-19 Safety Plan was created by the JHSC using guidelines set by BC Public Health Authorities and WorkSafe BC. We also want to acknowledge the ActSafe Safety Association, Canadian Museums Association, and BC Recreation and Parks Association for their invaluable input.

We’re also continuing our great relationship with Total Green Commercial Cleaning and Maintenance for daily deep cleaning and sanitizing of our facility.

Please note that our safety measures are likely to change as we adapt to the latest information from BC’s provincial health officers and update Evergreen Cultural Centre policies. | Last Update: November 2020

COMMON SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19:
Fever | Chills | Dry Cough | Sore Throat | Runny Nose | Fatigue

The health and safety of our staff, artists, patrons, and their families are our top priority as we welcome visitors back into our space. If you appear to be sick, or are not willing to follow our safety procedures, you will be asked to leave. Please practice good personal hygiene + remember to socialize 6FT apart.
