Join us for an exciting, creative week of visual and performing arts activities at Evergreen Cultural Centre!
This Spring Break, join us for one of our week-long hybrid arts camps, packed with artmaking activities to help kids connect with their creative side.
Campers will learn a wide range of creative techniques with our knowledgeable educators, visit our latest gallery exhibition and enjoy time at Lafarge Lake to gather inspiration for their visual arts projects before putting their wildest ideas to the test exploring the creative worlds of acting, character design, scriptwriting, and more.

STORIES OF THE SEA: HYBRID CAMP
AGES 6 – 8 | MARCH 13 – 17, 2023
9AM – 4PM DAILY | $250
Join us as we embark on an oceanic adventure to explore the wonders under the sea. Learn to make puppets, draw maps, and create clay sea creatures with Julie, and bring stories of the ocean to life through singing dancing and acting with Kim! See it all wrapped up at our end-of-camp art show and performance at pick-up on Friday. This camp includes attendance to a Spring Break Festival show at Evergreen!

ART ADVENTURE: HYBRID CAMP
AGES 6 – 11 | MARCH 20 – 24, 2023
9AM – 4PM DAILY | $250
See what you can make when you dive into your imagination… Join our educators David and Julie on an adventure in creativity! Campers will learn new ways to tap into their inner performers with acting games and exercises and bring out your inner artist through exploration of art mediums, techniques, and styles. Discover new ways to create and appreciate your own unique ideas, express yourself, and make new friends!

KIDS ON STAGE: HYBRID CAMP
AGES 9 – 11 | MARCH 13 – 17, 2023
9AM – 4PM DAILY | $250
Back by popular demand! Half a day of drama, half a day of art, a full day of fun! Campers will spend their week at Evergreen writing their own play and creating characters with Michael, and then building the props, costumes and set with Wendy before presenting their collective creation on the Studio Theatre stage at pick-up Friday afternoon. This camp includes attendance to a Spring Break Festival show at Evergreen!

RISE AND SHINE: THEATRE CAMP
AGES 10 – 16 | MARCH 20 – 24, 2023
9AM – 4PM DAILY | $250
Have you ever wondered what theatre was like in the olden days? Getting an introduction to Shakespeare, campers will work with a fun script and create some interesting dance routines that would fit right into his world. Actors start on Monday morning with a read through and casting, work through the week on the stage, and finish on Friday afternoon with a full theatre production open to family & friends.
